Shipping and returns

Shipping:

We ship from our workshop in Hjørring, Denmark.

Denmark:

I ship with PostNord or GLS when shipping within Denmark. There is free delivery on orders above 500 DKK. After production time (depends on the product), there is a standard delivery time at 2 to 4 business days.

EU:

I ship with PostNord or GLS when shipping within EU. After production time (depends on the product), there is a standard delivery time at 2 to 4 business days.

The US and non EU-countries:
Tariffs and import fees are not included in the prices and will be handled by the respective country of the recipient. Please get familiar with your country's rules and tariffs before ordering. As a friendly tip, if you are located in the US, you can save money on the tariffs if you pay them online before the first delivery attempt.

Please be aware: If you refuse to pay the tariffs when your package arrives, I will not be able to refund you for your order.

Delivery times varies from 2 to 7 business days.

Pick-up at workshop:

I do not have a physical store only a workshop, but if you do have your heart set on an item, but want to see it in person first, we can arrange a visit. I only arrange visits upon demand, so use the contact form on the website to get in touch.

Refunds and exchanges:

You have 14 days upon delivery to return your order. If you would like to return your order or if it has a defect, please write to me at broegaardceramics@gmail.com. Please include your order number and what product(s) you would like to return.

You hold the cost of shipment and the responsibility for the product(s) being packed responsibly and you bear the risk until the package is delivered to me.

Special made orders:

There is no exchange or refund on special made items with names or other custom details. If the item is broken or flawed upon arrival, please reach out, and you will either get a full refund or your order will be remade depending on the situation.

Please remember that all of my products are handmade, and no two will be the same. So please check the product description before purchasing to make sure you are happy with the dimensions.
